Cancellation
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the tour, you will receive a full refund less any monies already expended by us for your booking, such as ticket costs.
- If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the tour, you will receive a full refund less any monies already expended by us for your booking and less a cancellation administration fee of €50.
- No refund is offered for a booking cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure of the tour or for a no-show.
Amendments
- If you amend your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the tour, any refund for persons removed from the booking will be reduced by any monies already expended on their behalf. Adding persons is subject to availability, transport considerations and ticketing limitations, and further payment will be required before the amendment is accepted.
- If you amend your booking less than 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the tour, an administration fee of €40 is due immediately in addition to those conditions.
Any refund due may be paid in euros or, at your option, as store credit to apply to another tour. If you choose store credit, the cancellation or amendment administration fee is halved.
